Invoices are issued monthly or per project milestone, depending on the agreed-upon contract. Payments are due within 30 days of receipt. We offer flexible payment methods, including bank transfers and secure digital payment portals, to ensure a seamless administrative experience.
Yes, our security packages are designed to be modular. As your business grows or your threat landscape changes, we can adjust your service level, add new monitoring modules, or scale our consulting hours to meet your evolving requirements with minimal disruption.
We believe in earning your trust every month. Clients may terminate their service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we provide a full transition report and assist in the secure handover of all security documentation and access credentials.
Our incident response protocols are activated immediately upon detection of a security event. We provide 24/7 support, rapid forensic analysis, and clear remediation steps to contain threats and restore your systems to a secure state as quickly as possible.
Our liability is defined within the Master Service Agreement. While we implement industry-leading security measures, we operate under standard professional liability frameworks. We encourage all clients to maintain comprehensive cyber insurance to complement our security services.
Should we update our terms of service, we will notify all active clients via email at least 30 days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of our services after this period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of your subscription fees, no questions asked.
To request a refund, please contact our billing department through the support portal. Provide your account email and transaction ID, and our team will process your request within 3-5 business days.
Custom implementation fees, third-party hardware purchases, and one-time consulting services are generally non-refundable once the work has commenced or the hardware has been shipped.
Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your original payment method, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. Your access to the platform will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, at which point your subscription will terminate.
We strive for excellence. If you are unhappy with your experience, please reach out to your account manager before requesting a refund. We are often able to resolve technical or workflow issues to better suit your needs.
Enterprise agreements are governed by the specific terms outlined in your signed Master Service Agreement (MSA). Please refer to your contract or contact your dedicated account representative for details.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund if cancelled within the first 90 days. After this period, the subscription remains active for the remainder of the annual term.
